Letter No. 8 / 2025
Dear Fellow Humans,
This is my eighth letter to you — from the heart of our humble movement, 🌿YNot100.com. Our message remains the same: Why not live 100 years — not just for ourselves, but for the generations we are raising right now?
👩👧 Mothers, Fathers — A Question for You
We all say we care for our children. We feed them, clothe them, send them to school. But is that real care — or is it only the surface care society expects from us?
💡 True care, I believe, starts with this thought: “How can I help my child live 100 years — strong, healthy, and happy?”
If a mother truly holds this question in her heart, every action changes. She will think about her child’s physical and mental growth every single day — not just their grades, not just their clothes, not just their ‘status’ in the eyes of others.
🥗 She will choose to feed them healthy, traditional food — the kind that nourishes for life. She will avoid making fast food the norm, knowing it is slow poison. She will think beyond convenience, towards longevity.
🏃♂️ She will encourage play, activity, and strength. Not endless screen time. Not sitting indoors all day.
Fathers too — your role is equally vital. A father’s example shapes the habits of the whole house. If you lead an active, healthy life, your children will see and follow. If you eat well, they will eat well. If you respect the body, they will too.
🧠 Think deeply:
- ❓ Did your parents or grandparents give you habits that still protect your health today?
- ❓ How long did your grandparents live? Your great-grandparents?
- ❓ With today’s lifestyle, how many years do you honestly expect to live?
- ❓ If the answer is far below 100 — what will you change now for your children’s sake?
🌿 Raising a child isn’t just about surviving today. It’s about planting a seed for a century of life. A mother’s bond, a father’s care — these are the first medicines a child receives. And they last for life.
When you think beyond 100 years for your child, you give them more than food. You give them a shield — against disease, against weakness, against a short and troubled life.
This letter is not to teach. It is to make you pause — and ask yourself: “Am I raising my child for today, or for their 100-year life?”
That is all. Just think. 🤲
With faith and sincerity,
