Can Conflict Shorten Our Life?

Place: Athimarapatti, Thoothukudi District, India
Date: Jul 27, 2025

Dear Fellow Humans,

This is my seventh letter to you — from the heart of our humble movement, 🌿YNot100.com. Our message remains simple: Why not live 100 years — not just for ourselves, but for our generations to come?

🤝 One Question Today — Can Conflict Shorten Our Life?

Let’s reflect, for just a moment. In today’s chaotic world, do we truly believe we can live 100+ years if we constantly carry conflicts, grudges, and emotional wounds?

💔 Do we believe we can live long — joyfully and healthily — while constantly arguing with our siblings, relatives, and close friends?

🧠 Think deeply:

In this life, we fight for status, for land, for old wounds. But have we ever asked — is this fight worth damaging the emotional health of those we love?

💚 Living 100+ Means Living in Maturity and Harmony

True longevity isn’t just about food or medicine — it’s about energy. And conflict drains energy. Silence, forgiveness, and compassion restore it.

If we truly wish to live 100+ years — not just biologically, but with grace — we must rise above smallness. We must become a source of calm in our families.

Imagine this:

💡 You’re 98. You’re surrounded by your children, their children, and maybe even their children’s children. The love you planted is now growing into trees of peace and joy.

Will you give them that future — or leave them a legacy of unresolved wounds?

This letter isn’t advice. It’s just a mirror. Just a nudge. Just a gentle question. 🤲

Think about it:

That’s all I ask. No preaching. Just reflection. 🌿

With faith and sincerity,
