Letter No. 6 / 2025
Dear Fellow Humans,
This is my sixth letter to you — as part of our shared awakening, the humble movement of 🌿YNot100.com. Each letter comes with a single purpose: not to advise, but to ask.
Today, I ask you to pause — not to scroll, not to escape — but to reflect. Truly reflect.
❓ In This Chaotic World, Can We Live 120 Years?
Our ancestors did.
Our great-grandparents often lived beyond a hundred — with no modern pills, no hospital machines.
How? Why?
And more importantly — can we? Should we?
🧠 A Few Gentle Questions…
- 🧩 Have you ever consciously thought about how long you wish to live?
- 🗓️ What age comes to your mind when you think about your natural death — 60? 70? 85?
- 🌱 Why not 100? Why not 120?
- 🍟 Do you believe your current lifestyle — food, stress, movement — will take you there?
- 🔄 If not, what changes have you planned to make?
🪞 Look Back to Look Ahead
Think of your parents. When you were a child, how did they live?
Now go deeper — your grandparents. What food did they eat? How active were they? How long did they live?
- 🥬 Did they eat packed food or handmade meals?
- 🧘🏽 Did they move with purpose every day?
- 🌿 Did they treat illness at home or depend on hospitals?
- 📆 How many of them lived 90+ or even 100+?
And now — you.
Based on your current life… how long do you think you will live?
Be honest. Be open. This reflection may change your journey.
💡 You Carry Their Strength — and Their Hope
We are not built to break at 60.
Somewhere along the way, our habits broke.
We replaced whole food with packets.
We replaced rest with rush.
We replaced slow healing with instant pills.
Now, most people don’t even imagine reaching 90. But this letter doesn’t blame. It simply asks:
🌱 Can You Reclaim the Long Life You Deserve?
- 🥗 Can you eat the way your grandparents did?
- 🏃 Can you move more, sit less, breathe deeper?
- 🧘 Can you reset your view of health — not just avoiding disease, but earning vitality?
💚 A Long Life is Not Ego — It's Legacy
Imagine being at your great-grandchild’s wedding — alive, healthy, joyful.
Imagine giving them not just a blessing, but a memory that becomes their anchor.
Live long — not for numbers, but for meaning.
Think about it. That is enough. 🌿
With faith and sincerity,
Nithyananthan Pathirapandian
