Letter No. 5 / 2025
Dear Fellow Humans,
This is my fifth letter to you β as part of our movement, πΏYNot100.com. This letter is not advice. It is only a mirror. A moment for self-reflection.
πͺ How Are You Living Today?
Think gently. Just for a moment:
- π« How is your health β really?
- πΏ Do you use any home-based remedies like your parents or grandparents once did?
- π₯¬ What kind of food fills your plate β natural or packed?
- ππ½ How active is your body each day β really?
- π Are you handling your illnesses β or have they started handling you?
π§π½ Look Back to Look Ahead
Close your eyes and remember your parents. When you were a child, how did they live?
Now go a step deeper β how did your grandparents live?
- π§Ί Did they rely on packaged food or freshly cooked meals?
- π§π½ Did they sit all day, or move with purpose and energy?
- πΏ Did they run to hospitals for every issue, or treat at home with herbs and habits?
- π Until what age did they live β and how?
Now, under todayβs conditions β lifestyle, stress, food, rest β what age do you think *you* might live till?
Why does the number 100+ feel distant? Why is 60 or 70 quietly accepted?
π± What If We Choose Differently?
What if your daily life begins to reflect more of what your elders lived β not out of nostalgia, but out of wisdom?
Because in their simplicity, there was longevity. In their regular routines, there was quiet strength.
This letter is just a nudge:
- β Think about how your elders lived long and healthy lives.
- β Think about how you are living now β and how long that lifestyle will take you.
- β Think whether the path you walk today will help you walk at 90... or even 100.
πΏ If we donβt pause and ask β the years will simply pass. But if we pause and reflect, even a small shift in habit can open the door to a longer, fuller life.
Think about it. That is enough. πΎ
With faith and sincerity,
