Letter No. 9 / 2025
Dear Fellow Humans,
This is from the heart of our humble movement, 🌿YNot100.com. Our message remains the same: Why not live 100 years — not just for ourselves, but for the generations we are raising right now?
👩👧 Are we raising our children for a short life — or for a 100-year life?
We love our children deeply. But in today’s fast world, love often gets reduced to quick meals, new clothes, school fees, and social media photos. Is that real care — or just care for the eyes of society?
🍟 If we feed them fast foods, packed foods, sugary treats every day — do we realize we may be planting seeds of weakness? 🥗 If instead we choose traditional, simple, natural foods, are we not gifting them the strength to live a long life?
🏃♀️ If our children spend hours with screens but no time outdoors, will their bodies grow strong? Or will they carry fragile health into adulthood — and into the next generation?
💡 Think about this: When you give your child junk food today, you are not just feeding them. You are shaping the health of your future grandchildren too. Weak nutrition today may echo as poor eyesight, weak bones, or emotional struggles in the next generation. 👶➡️👧➡️👩
🧠 Questions to ask yourself:
- ❓ Did my parents and grandparents feed me food that gave me strength — or weakness?
- ❓ If my grandparents lived to 80, 90, or even 100 — why am I not expecting the same or more for my children?
- ❓ Am I raising my child with affection and presence — or am I outsourcing their care to schools, gadgets, and society?
- ❓ Do I want my child to merely “survive” life — or to thrive for a full century?
🌿 True care is not about showcasing children to the world. True care is feeding them strength, teaching them balance, and giving them the chance to live beyond 100 years.
Every bite matters. Every habit matters. Every example you set matters. Parents — your child’s future longevity rests in your hands today. 👐
This letter is not advice. It is a reminder. Ask yourself — Am I raising my child for today, or for their 100+ year life?
Think deeply. That is enough. 🌿✨
With faith and sincerity,
