Letter No. 3 / 2025
Dear Fellow Humans,
This is my third letter to you β as part of our humble movement, πΏYNot100.com. Our message is simple: Why not live 100 years β naturally, joyfully, and responsibly? Why settle for less when your body is built for more?
π§ A Sunday Reflection β Just for 5 Minutes
If you are above 40, I invite you to pause for just 5 minutes. Not for yourself β but for your children, grandchildren, and the generations to come. π
These are questions I often ask myself. If you wish, you may ask them too. You donβt need a guru. You donβt need a textbook. You just need honesty.
- β At what age might I die naturally, based on my current lifestyle, habits, and health?
- β Do I believe I will die at 60? Or 70? Or 80? Why do I believe that number? Why is 100 not in my mind?
- β If I could live to 100 β actively, independently, energetically β would that benefit my family?
- β If yes, do I feel a responsibility to try for it β for them?
- β If so, what habits or actions must I take now to make that long, healthy life possible?
π Your Longevity Is a Gift β To You and Your Family
Imagine if every home had a healthy elder living with strength and wisdom. Would that not be the greatest support system for any child facing lifeβs challenges?
This letter is not advice. Itβs not a lesson. Itβs just a spark. π‘
Think about it:
- β Is it necessary to live 100+ years?
- β If yes, what should I start doing now?
- β Can I become a strong elder that my family can lean on β not just today, but decades from now?
Thatβs all I ask. Think about it. That is enough. πΏβ¨
With faith and sincerity,
