Letter 1

My Current Practice and Experience

Letter No. 1 / 2025

Place: Athimarapatti, Thoothukudi District, India

Date: Jun 15, 2025

Dear Fellow Humans,

On June 1st 2025, I founded the Ynot100.com movement with one simple question for every human mind:

Why not live 100 years and beyond?

Why accept a life filled with diseases, dependency on endless medicines, and a body that struggles to survive? Why not strive for a life so long and healthy that we can guide our children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren?

In a world where most families have only one or two children — and often, even just one or none in the future — who will stand by these young generations when they face life’s storms: relationship crises, financial burdens, legal troubles, or emotional pain?

For that reason alone, we elders must live 100 years — energetically and healthily — so that our experience and guidance remain available to them. This is the core vision of Ynot100.com.

Today, I begin writing to you all — not to teach or preach, but to gently question you.
I want you to think: How did our ancestors live with so much energy and passion, without today’s comforts, without processed foods, without modern medicine? How did they survive and thrive?

If you think deeply about this, nature itself will guide you towards a better way of living — a path to reach 100 years joyfully, peacefully, energetically. No guru is needed. Your own mind and honest reflection will show you the way.

As for me, here is what I have been practicing — by my own thinking, not by reading or following anyone:

Why? In my view, tea, coffee, processed sugar, cooked fast foods — all these came much later in human history. When they entered our diet, diseases followed. Some may question my belief — it may be right or wrong — but I stand by it because it feels true to me.

What impact has this had on me so far?
I feel in full control of my mind and my actions. Whatever I plan, I execute. This discipline itself is a great benefit. In terms of health, I feel energetic and fit. Time alone will prove the long-term results, but I strongly believe this path will help me live 100 years — physically strong, mentally calm, and joyful.

I do not ask you to follow me.
I only ask you to think for yourself, question deeply, and make small meaningful changes — not just for your own sake, but for the generations who will one day need you as a strong elder and guide.

With faith and sincerity,

Nithyananthan Pathirapandian
Aspiring 100-year-old human,
