About the Movement

The 120 Years Journey

A movement born from reflection, aimed at awakening the longevity mindset in every human being.

How It All Began

On June 1st, 2025, a simple yet powerful question sparked a movement: "Why not live 100 years and beyond?"

In a world where lifestyle diseases claim lives as early as 30, where families grow smaller and elders pass away before they can guide the next generation — this question became more than curiosity. It became a mission.

The human body is not a weak system. It's an engineering marvel, designed by nature to live 120+ years with natural resilience and rhythm. The problem isn't our design. The problem is our lifestyle drift.

In a world where most families have only one or two children — who will stand by these young generations when they face life's storms? For that reason alone, we elders must live 100 years — energetically and healthily — so that our experience and guidance remain available to them.

The Foundation: Brihat Parāśara Hora Shastra

This movement draws inspiration from the ancient Indian sage Maharṣi Parāśara, whose treatise on astrology and human life speaks of 120 years as the natural lifespan of human beings.

"The span of human life is 120 years, divided into planetary periods that govern our existence."

According to this wisdom, our bodies are designed to experience a full cycle of life — not cut short by preventable diseases born from modern lifestyle choices. The ancients understood something we've forgotten: longevity is not luck, it's alignment with our design.

🙏 In Memory of My Legendary Parents

My mother P. Jeyalakshmi and father N. Pathirapandian gave birth to 10 children and helped 7 of us survive. I am one among those seven. They passed away in their mid-70s.

If they had lived another 25 years, how much strength would their presence give me? This reflection sparked the Ynot100 movement.

💭 A Question to Reflect Upon

Imagine if we refuse tea, coffee, processed drinks, refined oils, fried items, and sugar — and eat only natural vegetables & fruits between 6 AM - 6 PM (since we are day animals by design).

Will it help us and our children — or will it harm us?

"I do not ask you to follow me. I only ask you to think for yourself, question deeply, and make small meaningful changes — not just for your own sake, but for the generations who will one day need you as a strong elder and guide."
